About
Dune Hub started as a group chat where a few of us kept sending each other screenshots of games we couldn't put down. Eventually we figured we might as well write the stuff down properly, so here we are. We cover every genre because our tastes are all over the place — one editor loves slow strategy, another only touches arcade runners.
We pick games the boring way: we download a lot, we play for real, and most of them never make it onto the site. A title earns a review when it holds our attention past the tutorial and gives us something worth talking about, good or bad. We don't review things we haven't actually spent hours inside.
Everything you read here is written by a person who played the game, not a summary pulled from a store page. When we like something, we say why. When a mechanic annoys us, we say that too. The goal is for you to know whether a game fits your lunch break before you waste the storage space.
We're independent and we keep it that way. No studio tells us what to write, and we don't pretend otherwise.
